Founders Associate

As a Founders Associate, you will act as the operational right hand to the CEO and Founders, taking end-to-end responsibility for the non-technical backbone of the company. Your job is to remove friction and accelerate our velocity.

The Mission

European security is at a turning point, and the war in Ukraine has demonstrated that unmanned systems are the decisive factor on the modern battlefield. These platforms are only as effective as the data links that connect them. This is our role; we build resilient, mass-producible data links. We are looking for a Founders Associate who understands the gravity of this mission and possesses the operational grit to help build and manage the company infrastructure.

The Role

This is not a standard executive assistant role. You will be taking end-to-end responsibility for parts of the non-technical backbone of the company. Your job is to remove friction and accelerate our velocity. Whether it is helping in the hiring process, building internal processes and automations, or getting your hands dirty with administrative tasks you will ensure the leadership team can focus on the technology, the clients and our mission.

Core Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Own the initial hiring cycle. You will not just manage applications; you will actively scout and screen the engineers and sales talent necessary to scale our operations.

  • Processes and Automations: Manage the purchasing process for hardware and operational supplies. You will ensure R&D has the materials they need immediately, navigating supply chains to prevent delays.

  • Executive Operations: Manage the Founders’ priorities.

  • Project Execution: Take ownership of ad-hoc administrative and operational projects. You are the "fixer" who steps in to handle logistics, office management, and compliance tasks with precision.

Qualifications

  • High Agency: You do not wait for instructions; you identify problems and solve them. You are comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.

  • Organizational Mastery: You can create order out of chaos.

  • Financial & Legal Literacy: You are comfortable handling invoices, contracts, and basic accounting tasks. You understand how an early-stage company functions.

  • Resilience: You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities shift rapidly.

  • Communication: Native or professional fluency in German and English is mandatory.

Perspective

We are looking for a "force multiplier"—someone who values output over hours and results over process. If you are looking for a slow-paced corporate role or a strictly defined 9-to-5 description, this is not the role for you. We need an operator who wants to build a defense company from the ground up.
